Kind of glad now the Canucks didn't trade Edler or Tanev. Wait for it. A little more addition by subtraction might be a good thing.
Provost
Just imagine what it was like for Trysmkin being sat thinking "They are playing this freaking guy instead?"

R3aL
Only Goal I remember him scoring was ping ponged off a bunch of people and a complete fluke? He brought soooo much offence to the table and the PP HAH - bu byeeee was worse than weber and bart!
BabychStache
Subban better be on the opening night roster now.
JM_
Good for him, I'm happy for him really. Its where he belongs and at least he got 1 more shot at the NHL.
GB5
He was worth a shot, the only problem was that when it became painfully obvious that he wasn't good enough, Willie kept playing him anyway. He should have been waived early in the season and been a long forgotten memory. All in all, not a lot was given up and not all gambles pay off. Maybe now Subban can get a shot, he certainly can't be any worse.
Lancaster
Man.... such hate on display here. He just wasn't good enough to warrant the playing time he got (initially at the expense of Tryamkin). He was injured, came back and is now continuing his career in the KHL, where it suited his game more. Good luck to him in the K.
JeremyCuddles
Shame we gave this guy so many looks and poor Subban can't get multiple Pre-season games. Trade the kid so we can see him given a proper shot.

Even Green has gone on record as stating that Subban still needs D-Zone work. I really don't understand the obsession with Subban, if he didn't have the Subban last name he would have been forgotten about long, long ago. Shekky
Subban should have been given some ice time just to see what they had in him. Larsen was a gamble that didn't pan out glad he's gone and Canucks can bring up some young guys.

RWMc1
He was a depth d-man on a team that takes a lot of injuries on defense. Subban wasn't ready and Stecher was unforeseen. He had the skills, but his size and drive weren't enough for the NHL.
oldnews
not a small ice player - couldn't translate his game and just not aware enough in his dzone coverage. worth the cheap look he got, but just wasn't alert enough imo. large ice will be good for him. Maybe cause we gave up a pick for a player we had in our system. Larsen "needs" d-zone work too. Still played that bum whenever we could. His injury, while scary and I wouldn't wish it on anyone, was a blessing for guys like Tryamkin and Stetcher.
