Well McDavid is Captain for Team Canada, so I think it's a good question.
Jaku
Interesting. My question is - why does this particular person know and not others?

Probably meant to say "FUTURE" team captain. They fired a lot of people down at the Province/ Sun the last year, including editors that are paid to pick up these mistakes. Here's what Kuzma's article states. Like, the first line. Quote It’s what you expect from the Team Canada centre and a future Vancouver Canucks’ captain. SID.IS.SID.ME.IS.ME
Obviously the guy has the scoop before anyone else. And that’s why Holger Stolzenberg is the most trusted name in Canucks news.
coastal.view
clearly not a typo or any other sort of mistake we all know this is how the team does its press releases when it wishes to make important announcements right ? must be a damn slow weekend so a resort to a bit of drama is needed ? -AJ-
Probably a typo or something. I don't see why that guy would know more. If it was something directly from the Canucks, I'd take more from it.
6string
Bo will have a thirty goal scoring season with the C or not, book it!
Tystick
I don't think Kuzma knows something we don't. I think Kuzma and basically everyone have already booked him as the next captain. I can't see Benning and Linden not giving it to him. He's 100% ready and IMO, giving him the captaincy will take him to the next level.
captainhorvat
What if Canucks go hard after Tavares and he is offered the C to close the deal...im not sure if I would be happy with that.

At the time of the exit interviews Henrik Sedin was still under contract and still the team captain. So, reading the paragraph literally, it says that it was Henrik Sedin who was told to keep working on his two-way game. Not sure why Kuzma chose to mention this while discussing Horvat. Ronaldoescobar
I think in the eyes of the Jim and Trevor the C runs through Elder, Gudbranson, Eriksson and Tanev before hitting Bo but he will be there one day if he stays with the nucks.
