It’s true, I do feel a little better now. I don’t feel I have to get ‘up’ for events - I’m just about half extrovert - but once I come back ‘down’ it feels like all those things were just distracting me, and there’s always some “straws that could break the camel’s back” that I end up finding with things that I’ve done.

Sometimes I want to be alone and can’t be. Other times I’m alone when I don’t want to be, and all my thought processes end up coming to is that I’m an @$$hole. Some people’s biggest fear is losing the people they love, mine is that I’ll be the reason they’re lost. That I’ll just screw up bad enough for bridges to be burned. Edit: sorry for unloading this all last night. Hope you guys have a merry Christmas.

Even with rent controls, I think this is not the right way to address income inequality. It puts undue strain on small businesses, and to keep their profit margins, companies will end up laying off workers, raising prices, buying/selling cheaper and lesser quality goods, or some combination of the three.
Not to mention that people who have worked an minimum wage position for a long time will now be making the same as someone just starting, so you end up with either a bunch of disgruntled veteran workers or, if you raise their wages as well, a society on the fast track to hyperinflation.
There has to be a better way to fix income inequality.

When we finally make the playoffs again we will want a player like Gudbranson on the back end to clear the crease and be a presence over a 7 game series. Tanev, Edler, Holm, Pouliot, Stetcher, Juolevi, Biega or whoever else is back there will get pushed around for 7 games. People who want Guddy gone are forgetting that the rules change in May.

@Fateless I can - we are one of the best teams in terms of ga/60 even though the shots are up a bit (suggesting a positive effect on lowering quality scoring chances), and individually he leads the team in on-ice save percentage at 96.4% (https://www.hockey-reference.com/players/g/gudbrer01.html)
I'd also argue many times he's going for that hit, not making up for perfect positioning. Its very hard to do both.

I graduated high school way too early and I’m only turning 20 next month, but I’ll be darned if I don’t feel old hearing when all my friends graduated high school. Even my RAs graduated after me.

Somehow had one of the best sleeps in my life in less than 4 hours. Would have taken an average sleep over 7/8 hours, though - I got a midterm in the late afternoon.
