They ask for gift cards as a form of payment. In Vancouver you can sit on your deck and just watch the crack dealers doing their thing.. non stop entertainment. So glad i moved out to beautiful south surrey with nice quiet walks on the beach most evenings..... Sad what has happened to downtown in the Whack. the last few years... downhill ....
