Popular Post Quantum
Another forward? Weird. Would have thought they'd want a d-man back... and also not to trade Biega. Would've thought a forward would've been moved out before Biega. I guess this could mean more trades in the pipeline?!? Either way, wishing the best for Biega! Always loved his hustle! 1 3

Popular Post goalie13
I'm guessing this has to do with having too many players with NHL status on the farm in Utica. 1 2
Popular Post Ms.Glitter
The Bulldog is a class act, I wish he didn't have to go. I thought he has been an excellent fit for our team, provided us with such good hard minutes, a major boost of energy at the backend, Detroit got a very useful player, I hope Pope turns out to be something. Good luck Alex 2 2
Popular Post Devron
Thank you Bulldog. Gave it 110 every shift. I think this shows we have some depth on defence now.. Finally. I hope he plays in Detroit! 3 1

nuck-lifer
Could have lost him on the wire anyway, but sad to see a great leader and horvat style work ethic for Utica and Canucks go. hopefully a forward trade coming soon to release the logjam there as well...
Popular Post Baer.
He deserves to be in the NHL. Sad to see him go but glad he gets another opportunity. 3 1
Popular Post Down by the River
Needed to happen. Too many vets in Utica and the Bulldog deserves a chance to be on an NHL roster or at least an every-day player in the AHL.
Popular Post Roger Neilsons Towel
All the best Bulldog. Sad to see you go. We always knew what we were getting with you on the ice. You gave it your all and showed amazing heart. The perfect 7th Defenseman if there ever was one. Hope you get a chance with the Red Wings. For the Canucks, as others have said, I would imagine this move is to alleviate the logjam of Defenseman and Veteran designated players in Utica. More roster flexibility for them while allowing our defensive prospects a chance to develop. 4

canuck2288
I will miss the effort Biega brought each night he played for us guys like Jake need to learn from a guy like Biega. Not a big speed guy but makes up for it with gritty hard work. Imagine if you had speed and size with his grit? wish him nothing but the best, hope he squeezes as much time in the big leagues as he can 2
