Finally, we started clogging the passing lanes through the neutral zone and turned the puck over. Petey with the wrister instead of the slapper on his goal - want to see more of that. Because he has that one timer with the slapper the D has laid back on him, so he used that - moved forward, cut down the range, buried it where my dog puts his favourite bone.

 

Happy for Petey’s and Miller after a frustrating first period.

 

In the Prospects thread, Podkolzin killing penalties in the KHL, plus he scored a goal. Can’t wait till he takes Roussel’s job.

After the first I was thinking if the Canucks win this game they'll be lucky because this will be one of those games when you get out played and some how find a win, but credit where credits due they decided to show up and finally play in the 2nd, they can now deserve the win the right way, just win da third now.
