JR wanted more defensive structure: Yeo is a guy who can bring that. Yeo's weakness has always been on the offensive side of the game--the Flyers had big issues on that front last season as well. He is an okay coach but he kind of reminds me of the coaching version of John Weisbrod who puts himself in line to get promoted but doesn’t have the chops to handle it.
