Popular Post Goal:thecup
[GDT] Nov23/22 Vancouver Canucks(6-10-3) @ Colorado Avalanche(11-5-1) in Ball Arena at 7:00pm PT SNP SN360 SN650AM Ball Arena? Ball Arena? But we're playing HOCKEY! Used to call it Mile High Stadium and we knew where we were at. We knew we weren't going to get much oxygen and had to keep shifts short, get there as early as possible to get acclimated. But Ball Arena? Is there a dance? Will Cinderella be there? Will a coach turn into a pumpkin if the game goes to overtime? So confusing, especially at 6 in the morning as I type this and start my second coffee. This is all to say, I don't have much to say. We're playing the Champs in their own Ball Barn, and we haven't been very good at securing wins even though we outscored the opposition for most of almost all our games so far this year. I don't want to say much because it is depressing and who wants to get depressed on GAME DAY! And this is the GAME DAY THREAD. And this is the CHALLENGE THE CHAMPIONS EDITION! OldFaithfulCap
The truth is, the Canucks still don't know who they are yet. On paper this should be an excusable loss but the Canucks toughest opponent is themselves which makes them unpredictable, inconsistent and dangerous. Let's hope we see their best tonight. Slegr
I’ve seen too much losing to expect much of anything else. I’m sticking with the team through however many more years of sucking we have to do, but I sure wish our management would start making trades that address our long term needs. How much longer does this team have to prove it doesn’t have it in them this year to do what it takes? 1

Strawbone
Expecting a loss, not caring too much about results right now. I’m more excited about the prospect of things getting blown up after another stretch of rotten play. Something has to give here soon.
