DontFockWithBrock
Not sure if this is a credible source, but didn't see it posted so here you go. Lock it down if this is a garbage source. If the Leafs end up acquiring Panarin though... I would think that it would increase the likelihood that they trade Nylander?
48MPHSlapShot
I mean, TO could use the assets to shore up their D, but sure, get another forward instead.

DeNiro
I mean if it's Nylander and a a prospect for Panarin that's a good deal for the Leafs.

coastal.view
"may be looking at acquiring" that is pretty strong language how about another one "earlier today jb thought about what the canuck line up would look like with ____ in it"
Gaudette Celly
The Leaf Fluffers need rehydration from wetting themselves... A great top-6 sure, but a top-9 with Johnsson and Hyman? "Unfair"? Be still my heart... But yeah go ahead, blow more cap on forwards and try to outscore your sieve-like defence.
DeNiro
I can't believe the Hawks traded Panarin for Saad... That was the beginning of their downfall.

I doubt any team that trades for Panarin isn't gonna want a deal in place first. My guess is he never makes it to free agency.

Capfriendly has him as a UFA once it expires: https://www.capfriendly.com/players/artemi-panarin
DrJockitch
Man that could be a fun team to watch. That would be a lot of talent to spread over three lines. May not need to have a great D core. Babcock's thing is team D anyway. Winning teams aren't perfect anymore.
Blue Jay 22
The Sharks brass are delusional. They have no good prospects or high draft picks, yet they always think they can acquire the likes of Karlsson, Panarin, etc.

Trying is what advances humanity. And they can offer something like Hertl, 2nd and a B prospect, something along those lines and it's not a bad trade. UFCanuck
Panarin for Marner straight up.
The_Rocket
It’s weird that people think Columbus will trade panarin to TO without getting a top 6 roster player in return. How can Toronto get Panarin without giving up one of marner/nylander/Kadri etc. There’s no way Columbus doesn’t want one of TO’s young stars coming back in the deal
PhillipBlunt
How would Panarin help the Leafs if he can't prevent Anderson from getting ventilated?
