Not even mad about the 10th, I think as long as JB doesn't trade up he's forced to listen to his scouts and analyze every player within that range as opposed to just picking Jack. And sorry, Jack Hughes stats are not that great tbh, he finished 12th in scoring on a stacked team in a league that's lower than the CHL. This is going to be the Pettersson scenario all over again, as in dropping is a blessing in disguise.

Now that the smoke has cleared and the season is done dare I say I think Willie should be back next year. No coach could've gotten this team into the playoffs this year, give him his final year and if there is no improvement in terms of points and special teams then don't renew his contract.
I know my opinion is in the minority but this team is just entering rebuild mode and despite what most think Willie is a great teacher for our youth.
I have a feeling he'll be canned just to appease the masses.

anyone thqt thinks ovi is washed up has no clue this guys a stud he scored 69 points this yr and 30 goals no one in nhl scored 50 this yr so its more like he scored 40. he has 200plus more goals than anyone else since he came into league. Yes hes a superstar and your not gonna score 50 every yr watch he light it up next yr he should play 23-25mins a game not 17 coaches didnt utilize him properly this yr some one should be feeding him onetimers on pp every game

PETA is full of $&!# with activists not scientists. Cows may produce a lot of methane but thats only due to the diet they are put on. On a regular grass fed diet they don't produce nearly as much methane. Other animals and livestock also don't produce many chemicals that affect climate change. There does need to be a shift though in the livestock market in which animals are fed natural proper diets to prevent climate change and are treated more humanely. It would come at an extra cost to producers and consumers but would just lead to a trend in which people eat less meat. Which isn't a bad thing.

^I disagree. If all the teams did that we would literally have 26 teams trying to tank this year.
It's also this mindset that is partially responsible for Edmonton's situation. They have all these "elite talent saviours" and no team. Did you see McClelland interview after Saturday's game? He is at a loss for words. It is not just defense and goaltending in Edmonton that is the problem.
Smart teams don't lose until they land elite talent. Smart teams continually try to add the pieces they need to build a winner. Sure, that doesn't always mean being at the top of the standings, but tanking only guarantees one thing...losing games...a lot of them.

ya i guess after losing so much like the blackhawks you can land a couple of elite talents then you can add pieces then you get better so i disagree with you wilbur! no one will trade elite talent before you have to give up the farm... so you can add a piece here and there, but to what?? you have to lose to win! didn't your parents teach you that... otherwise how else will you know to get back up again and again...listen i hate losing i want us to win...but when things are bad as this year is lose baby lose!

When I was a kid(and a Hartford Whalers Fan) my mom came into my room yelling "They traded Trevor Linden to Hartford!". I thought wow they traded my favorite player to my favorite team, she even turned on the tv to the news and waited 2min before letting me know "April Fools". Well played.

Who do I turn to to have my pay statements audited? Long story short I am in a union and ever since we got a new HR I've been receiving less on my Vacation payout despite moving up into higher pay bracket. I asked the shop supervisor to contact the union but not receiving much response.
When I question management they give me the formula and the numbers check out but I think they're not properly adding my whole income for the year.
Would H&R Block do it? Certified Accountant?
