Avicii
Darren Dreger @DarrenDreger1m Vancouver Canucks avoid salary arbitration with Dale Weise and agrees to a 1year deal $750,000. Solid player, solid chin.

Mr.Mulletandbars
Yikes. Well at least the team stays attractive and sexy with this signing.
Lonny_Bohonos_14
Good deal. I was thinking he would get closer to 900K so I'm happy with this.

DeNiro
Good decision by Weise. He has to realize he's replaceable. I like what he brings for that price though. I think he still has another level in his game to reach. Hopefully he can bring that this season.
Dogbyte
I bet Gillis said if you get awarded more than $750 000 we're walking away. We're not giving you one penny more so why don't you let us know now what your plan is if you want to be part of this team or not.
Nicklas Bo Hunter
I don't really see a spot on the team for him... just a depth player?
Henrik Kesler
Good deal for the Canucks. Though he would get more. I'd like to see Weise show a bit more offense and use his speed a bit more to create havoc through the neutral zone. He has some skill, just needs to use it more often. Warhippy
Pretty sure we now see the rest of it falling into place, Tanev, Schroeder and possibly Fistric in the next week or two.

Jester13
Considering that he looked like he improved a little last year from the year before, I'm happy with this. I think he might actually have some upside. He plays the type of game that Torts likes to play, so who knows, maybe he can progress into a Marchand type player? Captain Aerosex
Good deal for both parties. I like Weise, and I think he has more to bring to the table as well.

onesmallleap
I thought more as well. He does have a upside which hopefully the new coaching can bring out. The relationship with Torts might not be the greatest as he was moved out of the NYR org.
