Tambellini's Wrist Shot
Miller won't be back for the start of the playoffs - Lalji on 1040 I'm not even that worried to be honest.
hockeyville88
I'm not even that worried to be honest. Nor am I so long as Lack and our D core stays healthy. I really think that Markstrom should get another regular season start though just to build up his confidence a little bit, just in case he does end up having to play some playoff minutes Happy healing Millsy In Lack We Trust
TheRussianRocket.
@ElliottPap: Nux GM Jim Benning says via text: "I haven't heard that Ryan (Miller) is going to be out longer than expected." #canucks So does this contradict what Lal said lol

PhillipBlunt
Lalji is a lying sack of $&!#. Hopefully Benning's dismissal of Farhan's lie will bring that douchebag's credibility into question and maybe get his media pass revoked.
Amish Rake Fighter
Lalji said he'd been sitting on this scoop since yesterday. Pretty sure he was the one who asked about Kassian at the start of the post game presser last night as well, even though he didn't play. Better to be first than right, that's the modern media mantra. elvis15
News1130 Sports @News1130Sports · 3h Agent Mike Liut on Ryan Miller's knee injury : "He is not behind schedule, he is on schedule." #Canucks More Liut : "This injury is never 4 weeks for a goalie, it's 6-8 weeks. #Canucks Liut : "As I told you 2 weeks ago, goalies take longer to recover from this type of knee injury." #Canucks So no setback at least, just a longer recovery time for a goalie. poetica
Vancouver Canucks @VanCanucks No Burrows, Dorsett, Richardson or Kassian to start #Canucks practice; Richardson and Kassian skated with skills coach earlier. Vancouver Canucks @VanCanucks Kassian and Richardson are not traveling, Burrows and Dorsett are. Lack and Markstrom will split games, Eddie vs. LA. #Canucks
viking mama
What's up with Richardson and Kassian? If I were to hazard a guess,..is it Kassian's back? Any new flair-ups to that foot injury problem of Richardson's? Concussions maybe? It's all just so closed-camp. Is there nothing to report from the flies on those dressing-room or arena walls? Any new flair-ups to that foot injury problem of Richardson's? Concussions maybe? It's all just so closed-camp. Is there nothing to report from the flies on those dressing-room or arena walls? According to Willie D, Kassian injured his back on November 4th vs. Colorado and he's been dealing with it ever since. It was from a cheap shot by Nick Holden and it was mistakenly called a knee injury at the time.
Hodgson!!
Richardson took a cross-check in the Flyers game and apparently hurt his back. On the injury report he's listed as having a day to day ankle injury
Qwags
^Didn't we have to wait 2 months because of Richardson's last "day-to-day" injury?
Shaft
I wonder if Richardson was healthy when he came back. Maybe that's why he's out again after only playing a few games.

Brad Marchand
Still no sign of when Kassian and/or Richardson will be back? It was mentioned somewhere in the Province or Sun that Richardson has a microfracture in his ankle that won't fully heal until the offseason so he's day-to-day until at least the playoffs start. Well isn't that just dandy. Hope he's able to play when we're facing must-win games.
