Not sure if it's been posted yet, but any mention of cities he's visiting for talks?

Panarin and Bobs both in Florida today.

I'd say better than 50% chance he goes to FLD. Then there are NYR or NYI.

I think chance he ends up here is very very small

I’m not a Habs fan, but I am a Panarin fan.  I think he’d be great in Montreal.  Watching him play there would be electric.

Maybe we end up signing both Bobrovsky and Panarin and send Demko and/or Markstrom to Buffalo as part of a deal to get Ristolainen. We would be in cap hell in a couple of seasons, but what a fun couple of seasons it would be.

Damn.....that is creative. I like it lol.

Agreed. I like the Habs.

I think in Canada MTL is the only realistic landing spot.

Many Russians speak French. They like MTL.

Malkin was planning on going to MTL if he didn't stay long term in PIT.  This according to Malkin's dad so pretty good source.

Panarin is such a great player.  I want to see him in a city where hockey is king.

Considering he's stolen 27 mill last 3 yrs perhaps he should show some honour and retire leaving 9 mill on the table.

Marcus Naslund left money on table and retired in NYR when he couldn't do it any more.

Crazy to think that Naslund scored 24 goals in his last NHL season, yet still chose to walk away because he felt he couldn't perform at the level he wanted to any more.

By contrast, Eriksson has scored a total of 32 goals in 3 combined seasons for the Canucks.

Speaks volumes to Naslund's character.

Well one of my minor league coaches was famous for saying " can't score when the goalie keeps having to fish the puck out of our own net"

Look what defense did for the NYI.  Thanks to Mr. Trotz:

I'm not arguing against the 'defensive players are valuable' concept (in fact I think I've had the argument for it, against YOU ). I'm saying they're not likely to spend their most valuable trade chip on our mid-value defensive players.

I feel like this Panarin to Florida w. Bobrovsky thing seems like something that’s going to happen.

I’d be happy of we landed him, but I just dont see that happening for some reason. Even if we throw some serious cash at him.

Fine with it.  Let Florida ante up to $20mil for 7 years on those two.  We'll have our own 8-figure salary soon ourselves.

Rick Dhaliwal or Panarin one of them is trolling the canucks hard

Panarin's agent probably asked him to take it down, messes with the market for the guy.

But still, theres zero chance Panarin is coming here. And thats OK, I'd rather have Anders Lee + a dman for nearly the same money.
