Really? The same Torts who didn't talk to Burrows at all until Christmas... The same Torts who didn't practice shootouts... The same Torts who didn't watch video of teams coming in beforehand... But they didn't even have alot of great scoring chances. McDonagh was garbage defensively but they still had him, Sergachev, exc. to move the puck. They had guys getting the puck to the forwards but CBJ always neutralized their attack by clogging the center of the ice from the red line back. 

 

They didn't even put up a fight in this series.

Ya no.  Literally no excuse at all.  When your team is that good.  Just because you're missing 1 guy you should be able to produce with that offence.

I wonder if he's still not doing all those things in the Columbus or if its different because he's back in the States.

This city couldn't handle either Torts or Sullivan. Too much eastern intensity for chill west coast complacency.

 

They've gone on to wild success, we haven't.

He didn't even live in the country for god sake. He was a total dud. It was a terrible move.

He lived in Point Roberts too, not even in Canada.
