Losing Tanev was  a MAJOR mistake.........     Signing Myers to that contract ... was another huge mistake...   Signing Harmonic was another disaster....

Edler has been a warrior but clearly is on the downslide of his career.  Asking too much from him now.

 

Canucks D is definately a weak spot.  Can't win that D that is that thin.... and void of top 4 D men.

sidestep.  Not going to argue about Tanev - who isn't the point.

 

Btw - you do realize that Tanev is 31.....Older than Hamonic, Schmidt, and Myers...if you have such a problem with the 'old'.

Watch the games. They aren’t putting forth the effort to help their team, at the very least, look like they’re competitive. They’re just floating like everyone else on the team right now, hoping that someone in the veteran core will show them the way. 
 

Sadly, the veteran core doesn’t seem capable of getting them out of the funk. Should these insanely talented kids not grab that reign and say “&^@# it” and do whatever they can to make their team the best it can be?
