It was a pretty good display of structure actually.

Took away shooting lanes, all that possession but the Leafs didn't really get a good chance.

Problem is they become too passive & don't pressure the puck enough when they have a chance - allowing the other team to prolong zone time.

Sure if you wanna give them 2 full minutes in your own end that was a great way to play.

Having good structure also involves forcing the other team to make bad passes and turn over the puck. Any team can stay in a square and stay in passing lanes. That’s defending 101. Getting the puck back is the other part of it.

Kelly Hrudy is just missing a poster of a hanging kitten that says “just hang on” and a bible. If he had a sense of humour he could put some personality in his office .

His personality lives inside a 10oz bottle in his locked desk drawer.

Iono man... I've seen countless epic 2 minute shifts... That wasn't one of them... They didn't even score or have big chances. There was no danger, maybe one moment at best.

Stop believing the nonsense Hughson and Simpson are telling spewing.

Maybe mute the TV and go radio for some hirschy wisdom ;)
