Obviously 2 different situations and different set of rules. We should be working together during these times instead of following someone and taking pictures of them.
 

If this guy was seriously concerned about the protocol he should have asked someone or talked to an health official. This is nothing more then someone trying to get a person In trouble to fit their narrative of the “bad gm” Nothing to do with safety at all.
