It’s unfortunate but this team is not having fun and all the losing is making it worse. We aren’t helping by piling on. This team has never won a Stanley Cup and by the looks of it wont anytime soon. May as well trade Quinn and Petey and all the rest, bring in a bunch of lower skilled players, the results will be the same. But at least the ownership will make money. I would've rather seen Benning gone than Linden. This franchise is a joke, bring in a coach like the "Ted Lasso" character at least it will bring in entertaining headlines. He fires Benning and Weisbrod and takes over as interim GM. 3. He does a COMPREHENSIVE search for a new long term GM while not messing around with the roster until he: 4. Fires every coach not named Shaw and Clark. Shaw becomes interim head coach and he hires a few experienced, hungry to get back in assistant coaches, maybe even former head coaches. 5. Sees what this roster can do with a new vision and a new voice and systems. 6. Let’s the long term GM (I like Jeff Gorton) do his job in the summer and hire the right coaches and tweak the roster. He needs to have an eye on generating some cap flexibility. 7.
