[Rumour] Canucks Getting Calls on Luke Schenn

Evidently, the Marek show today had EF and Marek discussing the Canucks trade items, Schenns name came up.  There is apparently a lot of interest and that the price could be high based on teams of interest.

I think a 2024 2nd and B level prospect should be the ask.  I don't think Schenn will land us a first, as much as I think that would be an amazing return.  We would gain an additional asset by taking a 2024 pick as opposed to a 2023, which I think is worth it.

This is exactly what should happen. 

 

This franchise is in NO position to turn down extra assets/picks for players who have value to other teams.  And yes, that means virtually ANY player.

Love schenn. If we are getting a secound round or better i'd say take the pick and run.
