      Carolina is 5th not 1st. But it's not a rank defying stat just a nice advantage, It's mainly just relevant to centers also. Faceoffs can add chances or take them from the other team but obviously it takes much more than that to win a game.

      McDavid is having a better offensive season and that is the role of both players so it's tough to see Sid going first. As insane as it is to think someone is actually better than him when he's on his game for real.

      I think McDavid would go ahead of Crosby in a draft. In both their Draft Eligible years, they put up similar numbers, but McDavid's 2-way game is much better than Crosby's in Junior.

      Before his eye injury he was the perfect third liner and him taking the defensive responsibilities away from Kesler is the reason we had such a great regular season in 2010/2011 cause it allowed Kesler to focus on offense. Looking back our 2010/2011 team was stacked.

      Montreal has always had a winning atmosphere because of their storied history. Canucks don't have that but are maybe starting to.
