Tiger-Hearted
With the primary assist on Daniel's second goal, Brock now needs 8 more points to tie Bure and Hlinka's rookie club record.

It's almost looking like he'll get that one before the Bure goal record at this rate.

I have a bad feeling that Brock will have to get points through assists in order to tie and break the points record. His only goal since the injury was on a 5-on-3 power play vs Florida. I feel that his wrist shot is done for the season.

Lancaster
Nearly impossible for him to get the Calder... short of him suddenly going on a streak and putting up 40 goals.
Me_
That was a serious crash. Lower back for sure. This will be a great test for Boeser. Hopefully his career is still intact after this. Looks like lower back/ hip.

-Stammer-
had a similair thing happen to me a few years ago playing. Definitely not as fast as he went into it but I couldn't sit down for like a week without feeling a lot of pain
TU90
Just hope it's not career altering. The season is done anyways.
Tiger-Hearted
I wonder if Brock is going to be another hard luck injury-prone player. So darn frustrating. Then again, if Barzal were a Canuck, he probably would be injury-prone as well. That's the way it goes with this franchise.
LegionOfDoom
That looked painful I think the hospital visit is precautionary just because it’s near a vertabrie, no rushing the kid back tho! Calder trophy isint nearly as important to making sure these injuries get healed 100% and he has a long healthy career for us
Ray_Cathode
I’m more worried about a bruised kidney.
coastal.view
i predict that brock will be just fine he got a bad bang but is young and tough will bounce back nicely he already has once before this season does not mean he did not experience an ugly injury he may still be shut down for the balance of this wasted season as a precaution but i doubt that will even happen
aGENT
Man that looked like it hurt... even if it's nothing serious, he's probably out for at least a couple weeks just from the bruising, soreness etc. Gordie help us of its more serious. Get well Brock.
