goalie13
May 10 - 26 There's a good chance there will be a few Canucks playing. Horvat, Boeser, Pettersson, Marky. I expect lots of roster announcements as the NHL regular season wraps up. May 10 - Finland vs Canada May 12 - Great Britain vs Canada May 13 - Slovakia vs Canada May 16 - Canada vs France May 18 - Canada vs Germany May 20 - Canada vs Denmark May 21 - Canada vs U.S.A. May 23 - Quarterfinals May 25 - Semifinals May 26 - Bronza and Gold medal games I love international hockey. I can't wait. 1
MikeBossy
Pretty sure we won't see McDavid as he seems to have been playing 30 minutes a night for the Coilers lol. Hope Horvat goes - he has had a great year.

Squamfan
Why can't this event be in Canada?

The problem is with NHL cities and playoff dates. The host is picked far in advance. Switzerland hosts next year, Belarus and Latvia the year after. There's no way to guarantee that any particular NHL team will not be in the playoffs three years from now.
