If we come out and repeat the same mistakes I might start agreeing to that thinking . But we will have to see.

Jim definitely has a longer leash for me then Travis if this goes south. We could just be over reacting like we typically do as fans. Perhaps we should let the players play then decide our best move forward.

My biggest issue is Jake who was bound to have his first 20 goal season is benched. He finally had that year that us supporters can look at to say hes finally beginning to become that guy. Now we make the playoffs (where we all think is where Jake would thrive) and hes benched. Brutal timing imho and McEwen undoubtedly earned a spot in our lineup. I'd choose these 2 over anyone currently in our bottom 6

I hope we look into a coaching change next year. This team now needs a winning coach not a development coach

I liked Torts, but poking Honey Badger in the shoulder and yelling in his ear on the bench is no longer the best way to motivate someone.  Can you imagine what he would have done to Jake already?  I can.

I can imagine... sliding into Jake's DM.

Iginla is a vastly different player than bo in every way . Much more skilled too.

That’s a big statement.
Both 6’1. 210-215

Both play/ed a power forward game (High was much better at it).
Both decent defensively.
Canadian captains.

Yes, Iggy was more skilled.   No kidding.  Lol.
But vastly different.....no.
And not even the point I was getting at whatsoever.

JI laid it all on the line.  He did everything he could to try to win for his team.

I was saying, and it was clear, I’d like to see Bo take after JI leadership style, instead of Sedin.

I can’t believe we haven’t seen Toffoli with Pearson yet. Or did I miss it?

Green has some do's and don'ts. That falls under the "H$LL NO!!!! Along with playing that Jake fella in key positions, or playing him at all. ::D

Iginla had much more snarl and bite than Bo has shown his entire career

I'm not totally opposed to that... I guess.

I kinda want Petey to be his own animal though. But just for fun

Petey - Bo - Brock

Pearson - Miller - Toff

Ferks - Sutty - Virt

Motter - Beags - Loui

Maybe something like that

i like this look, can anyone get in contact with Green?

True, but the game has changed, so snarl isn't as needed as it was.

In a decade, if Bo plays that long a larger sample size will be available to compare.

Right now almost everyone would take Iggy.
