BlueDragon23
We shut McDavid down yesterday, but we failed to today. Special teams completely lost us the game. PP = no goals. PK = allowed 2 goals Meh, not too concerned. Make some adjustments and move on.

Smashian Kassian
According to CapFriendly Miller has been activated to our roster. Don't know if that means he'll be back. But maybe he'll be cleared tommorrow?

Just like he made Chris Kontos a playoff all star and Bernie Nichols a 150 point player in Los Angeles. If Gretzky was on la for 10 of his prime years who knows how many cups and legends would have been made there. you don't think mcdavid doesn't know what wins games? i think if he was on the oilers in 83/84 hed put in 150 goals

If Gretzky was on la for 10 of his prime years who knows how many cups and legends would have been made there. I was a Canuck fan living in Edmonton the year Gretzky came into the league. He was a whiny little sob. I absolutely hated him because no matter how well the Canucks played, you KNEW he was going to break your heart. His first year as a kid in the NHL he played with BJ Macdonald and Brett Callighen, not exactly superstars although BJ was a good goal scorer for a few years. I don’t like to compare players from different eras because you can only beat the teams you play and be better than the players you play against, but for me CM has a few years ahead of him before I can even think about putting him in the GOAT category. He may get there yet but I’ll reserve judgement.

McDavid couldnt even score enough goals to lead his team last year... Speaking of last year, have you decided goals, assists or points yet to tell us which one McDavid was best at? I assume you are just gonna ignore this request again because you realize that you arguing McDavid is in the same tier as Gretzky and Lemieux is cringe worthy. 1 1

McDavid is arguably top 3 in the world right now. Not on par with the greatest of all time though. That’s all I’m saying. and honestly I don’t know if he knows what it takes because at the nhl level he has won one round. His teams have sucked but as the primary ingredient on those teams maybe some of that is on him too. Excellent one on one guy uses speed superbly to give team mates an advantage... I see some tunnel vision sometimes and some bad turn overs with average d zone attention at best. can he play 200 ft like a Crosby for instance? I think not ... not yet.. So Gretzky lead this stacked team in goals, assists and points. In fact, he had 63% higher point totals than his next closest teammate. What does that mean? It means if Draisaitl had 100 points, McDavid would need 163 points to have an equivalent level of dominance that Gretzky had. We are comparing players on the same team, in the same year, with the same set of circumstances. Lemme know when McDavid pulls that off and we can talk GOAT.
