Something has to be said about how Green preps his players. They are simply outplayed by a desperate team. Even though the Canucks were up 1-0 initially, the complacency tends to seep through this team.

 

I think Virtanen is a symptom of a more pervasive issue in this team.

The  nucks also should have expected a push  but apparently weren't ready.  A  better effort was expected from ottawa but we are getting  dominated all over the ice.  No excuse for giving up 19 shots already and  numerous grade a chances.

We need to get back in the stands so we can (politely) point out to the refs that...they suck.
