Edler in a 3rd pair with PK minutes would be nice, but leaning on him for heavy minutes is probably not ideal anymore. I think Schmidt was brought in to be his successor, but we lack a top 4 RD to replace what Tanev brought. Having a LD on his off side seems to be a struggle. Hughes looked terrible with Benn. Schmidt looks terrible with Edler.
