Chiarot is a hell of a good player. He skates great, has excellent skill, and is mean as hell. Florida saw Tampa win two Cups in a row because of their D. Very smart move. 1 1 1

Ilya Mikheyev
High price but there's no doubt Florida is at it's peak right now, and is in the top of cup favourites. Better to take the risk than lose out completely if this is the price IMO.

Beary Sweet
Panthers continue to add. They’re a contender to win it all. I could potentially see a Avs-Panthers SC final match up. That’d be so exciting to watch

Fanuck
In the next two years Montreal has 22 draft picks stockpiled including four 1st rounders, two second rounders and five 3rd rounders. By contrast in the next two drafts Calgary has 8 total pics with only 1 first rounder while Florida has 11 picks over the next two years with no 1st rounders whatsoever. Maybe Montreal should invest heavily into their amateur scouting dept.?
