Love the logo idea in your display pic. Now that would be a cool crest. Reminds me of the Whalers logo, which I always liked.

These playoffs haven’t been quite as engaging (on CDC) as other years despite ratings. The proposal threads are pouring in. Offseason on CDC is in full swing. It’s going to be a loooong summer.

i stopped watching after the 1st round
1st round was excellent
but all the deserving teams are gone
if 1 underdog team got through .. fine. that is exciting
but they basically all got through except boston
based on the season it should be a boston blues/sharks final
and i don't care for any of these teams
have no real interest in all the wild card teams
the only "star" who really interests me is mckinnon
but the avs are not ready yet
so yawn
i'll read the stats in the morning
and do other things with my evening
i think sports is less of a priority for me overall
don't care about the nba either
for the opposite reason.. all the rounds turn out just as they should
very little drama in that league's playoff
i'll get interested again just prior to the nhl draft

Most of your hockey viewers are from Canada and now that there are no teams left but U.S. teams, no wonder viewership is down and nobody gives a damn,I watch because I am a passionate hockey fan that has watched the cup being lifted more years than I want to admit.
I hope one day the Canucks can finally lift that beautiful STANLEY CUP.

Just happened again. Got that error message, so tried my other iPad. (Yes, I have one with data for my scooter, and a basic one for at home). Same message on both iPads. After a couple minutes, I’m able to get back here and play. I’m with @debluvscanucks, and think it’s the refs giving me a 2 minute penalty for liking Alex Burrows.

I had login issues today but @StealthNuck is the master of all things CDC and got me back up and running.
Unfortunately the programming will no longer accept my login with the apostrophe in my username.

Had a hard physical shift at work tonight. Came home completely drained. Figured I’d have a drink and watch the game on the PVR... I’m not going to lie. Ending a tough night by losing to the Leafs made me die a little inside... Thank god for Whisky...

Thats in his draft year. With that electric potential I’m thinking he will be a 1st liner. Possibly a good winger for Pettersson.
I had also traded Edler, Ericsson, Gagner, and Del Zotto at the deadline and got some extra picks. I used that in a package to trade for 4th overall to draft Byram.
Potential Top line forward and Top line defenseman in the same draft. Not too shabby.

IMO the only way we should pass on a Defenseman with our 1st overall pick is if Zadina falls to us at 7. Change my mind!

Eklund Rumour (huge grain of salt), Tavares planning on meeting with Canucks before UFA.
Here is the quote:

The link is broken on my side. Anyway, the problem with Eklund is that he throws a bunch of rumours at big market teams like Vancouver and Montreal ALL the time, for no other reason than to attract fans of that market to look at his site. I will admit that he has cracked some rumours, but if you look at his track record, he has missed far more than he has hit. The ones that he has reported as E5 are usually the ones he reports after someone else has reported it.
Look here to see how 'reputable' your precious Eklund is:

Michael Del Zotto is one hit away from 200 for the season. He has the 3rd most hits of any NHL defensemen.
The only D-men who have more are Robert Hagg from PHI (232) & Nikita Zadorov from COL (206).
