You bet..someotimes miss the days when we had a small army of pugilists that would thump anything that moved once the score got out of hand or if anyone dared to touch a goalie (even a back-up Odjick vs St. Louis comes to mind) or a star players.  Times change and so has the game, without the red-line and all the obstruction mostly gone the tempo has never been higher, but old time hockey was glorious, 80’s and early 90’s, 72-79 was and entire different animal because the iced animals and if Gretzky was hit mayhem insued...

Really excited to see this team growing and learning the different styles of play! Elias seems to be adapting to heavier checking. Last game he was rushed heavy and made nice plays leaving defenders out of position. This soon will translate to more space for him!
