Roussell is a really ineffective agitator. I don't think Vegas cares about him at all but he keeps trying to get under their skin after the whistle as opposed to using his speed to get in on the forecheck and lay the body.

There was one earlier in the game where Vegas got an extra minute of zone time because Myers didn’t know what to do with the puck in front of him for a couple of seconds. Then DeBrusk says Myers had a “great shift”
