Do other teams ever go offside against the Canucks, no , the defence has already backed in to the face off circles , there’s no pressure at the blue line, they are free to enter the zone and set up.

It's not about being "different" it's about gaining experience.  Goaltenders get good one on one coaching and we have one of the best so sure, that matters.  But I feel like you're throwing a whole lot of good talent under the bus right now.  

I'd be interested to hear how you quantify progress for each of those players
