I can't hold that too many men on Green. Oilers literally shot it towards the player coming off. Shouldn't even be called to begin with.

Great comeback. almost pulled off the unthinkable had we won. OEL gets his 1st goal as a Nuck. Huggy Bear scored a clutch game tying marker. Demko was sharp and on his game all game long. Hogz and Podz looked great out there. Nice to get a point when it looked like we weren't going to get anything out of this one. let's get the next one. GCG!

Everyone else was pretty decent.

Ya I wasn’t impressed with Miller too. Especially his shoot out attempt that was one I think he will like to forget.

I just wanna congratulate everyone for surviving that insufferable broadcast.

 

Sportsnet had the McDavid grandma clips already cued up.

 

Seriously though Canucks stuck with it and got a point. The skills comp is a toss up and a couple high shots were the difference.

 

Is there a more unlikeable goalie than Smith? What a prima donna goofball.

Good hockey by both teams tonight.

 

OEL, Hogs and Garland were big upsides.

 

A couple of tweaks to the lines and I think we can be more dangerous 5 on 5.

 

Also can’t wait for Boeser to come back, need him on that PP.

Given the fact we were down two goals heading into the third, that loss felt a bit like a win.

 

So much rust on EP40, Miller was borderline terrible but I don’t expect these things to last very long. Hughes got better late in the game. OEL is pure studliness on skates. Love what Garland is going to bring. The D as a whole hung in there really good against perhaps the deadliest line in the NHL. Tyler Myers obliteration of Keith was a beautiful thing. This Lammikko is a great, big, gap toothed, shot blocking beauty.

 

I am very encouraged by what I saw. I’ve got a good feeling about this team.

Pettersson needs to shoot more.. especially on the SHOOTOUT. I mean, It was a great move don't get me wrong but everyone knew he was gonna deke.
