Things are unstable and, as stated previously, would be a shame for players to get stuck on either side and have to be away from family. The right move, even though it sucks. 1 1 3

-DLC-
I was supposed to go to the game on Thursday but cancelled because I'm seeing my kids Friday and they're not boostered (and immune compromised). I was so sad, but it was the right thing to do as a responsible Mom. Killed me to turn down an invitation, but no compromise. Now I don't feel like I'm missing out...I would've been sulking as I watched another game on TV that I could've been at and missing my friends. 4
Popular Post greenbean30
I'm glad for the players that the league is shutting down cross border travel until after the Christmas Break. Would be terrible if a player got stuck in a different country away from their families. This also gives a chance for all of our guys to get healthy and off the covid list until after the Xmas break! 2 1
Slegr
I guess we’ll remain the hottest team in the NHL going into Christmas. Let’s hope we keep that momentum going when the Canucks return.

Devron
So in theory our next game is the 27th vs the Kraken?
rychicken
Sad without hockey......a week of episodes showing Toronto Maple Leafs highlights of the last 100 years doesn't excite me....although the 9 hours of the Borje Salming era may be okay....

Popular Post Rindiculous
The best thing about this postponement is that Boudreau is able to have plenty of time (like a training camp) to finally fully implement his system with the Canucks.

Yea I hope they’re able to get some decent practice time in. Also we would likely have a fully, if not almost fully, healthy roster. I don’t even want to think about a D core with Bowey, Juulsen, and Sautner all in again!

Yep, should be able to finally eradicate the rest of the damage Green caused, and get the system he wants in place. I am wondering what the cancellations mean for Hamonic's LTIR regarding his eligibility to return.
