That's why he's not ready.

He will never be ready. He's 23 and will be 24 in the spring. Trade his ass.

Brian Burke said you need to figure out your players before the rest of the league does. Right now we're showcasing how he can be a defensive liability, while providing nothing offensively.

Could still be part of a package but the clock is ticking.

The Canadiens may not be the most talented team, but they certainly play the way Martin St. Louis used to in terms of effort level.

100% I think him and bridnamour are great examples of players who can communicate their identity / brand of hockey to a team whereas like Gretzky could not

Does Montembault have an ungodly record against us? He seems like a marginal goalie that would have an ungodly record against us.

Lol if you go back recent years backup goalie seem to have godly numbers against us.. lots of shutout in there too

i can’t find my old post from years ago but I’ve always said stuff like backup goalie vs canucks = shutout lmao

Despite every player on the team having a terrible game, I am continuing to really enjoy Ethan Bear's game, he's coughing up the puck less and is generally making the smart defensive play each time. Just want him to take that next step into his offensive game.

Canucks D ... :picard:

But let's sign Mikeyhev, Joshua, Lazar, and an 8 million dollar baby.

Yeah we really went full Oilers last off season, It was blatantly obvious this team's #1 weakness was defense and we did nothing to improve it :(

We gonna blame demko for. A breakaway from a guy who’s on fire rn? Hoffmann a good shooter and that was a sick shot

You do know demko is now the worst goalie in the league right?

and you are aware that Martin has a point in every game he’s played right?
