I used to know a guy from high school who used to be a huge Canucks fan but we aren't really in touch anymore. This sucks as I have been more excited about this season than I have been in years and I am not someone who says that every year. Been on this forum for nearly half of my life. I remember at one point due to my mental health I had cut ties with everyone in my person life so CDC was the only avenue to express myself socially. I am in a much better place now but some of the connections I built here have really come to mean a lot to me. I am going to truly miss this place. Living in Australia it's always been my main source for hockey news so thank-you to everyone who kept the boards alive and entertaining. I suspect the Canucks reddit has since surpassed it in terms of general community sizes though.
