Yeah since the dude didn’t touch it as it crossed the line the offside dude could tag up.

We saw a weird one like that with Calgary.

Would be nice if they'd offer the explanation...except they still haven't thought of one.

Yes, which makes it offside. Boston had possession the entire time and re-entered the zone while a player had no left. pushing the puck off your stick doesn't mean you give up possession.

McAvoy didn't touch the puck and the other player gets to the blueline before he does........it's a tag up

yeah, that's what I was thinking.

has nothing to do with McAvoy's skates though.  I can see what they re saying about touching the puck however, it becomes a tag up............the video coach should have known that, it could really have cost them

As long as McAvoys skates weren’t in before Kuraly tagged up it’s good if he doesn’t play the puck. It was an easy miss but the video coach.

Chara?

Cam Talbot sacrificed as himself in a fight because it was the right thing to do.  Do we have    no one that will step up when our best player is targeted?  Must be the water in vancouver as this team hasn't has.never had a pack mentality when it comes to looking after eachother.

They're treating it like the possession was lost, as if the puck was dumped in, and this negates the offside.. it's totally ridiculous.

Yeah.. the offside guy never cleared the zone, and it was stopped by a guy who was outside of it... it makes no sense that it wasnt offside.

Someone searched the rules real hard to even make it seem half explainable
