My only point was that there are always people that criticize a decision to pull or leave a goalie in. And yes, I have seen people not happy with a 4-1 pull. In retrospect, after 4, 5, 6 or 7 goals is he a better goalie? When he was left in and the team was playing for nothing with 0 chance to win, is that good? Your answers are just hes a winer and either pull him after 1 goal or not at all. Where is the stretegy? Markstrom should have stopped 2 or 3 goals and better defence could've prevented 1 or 2 goals but at the end of the day, the Rangers capitalized on their chances whereas the Canucks, although generated a lot, failed to capitalize on their chances. Like what he is now is as good as it's going to get, which overall is probably a bit below average, a good enough backup, but not starter material. I mean the guy has started 80 games in his NHL career and doesn't have 1 single shutout. Not trying to crap on Marky but that's hard to do in this day and age.
