Such a slow well placed deadly shot.

Yeah he’s gotta be one of the best at it. Reminds me of Naslund a bit when he’d circle to the point and wrist it

Good thing the Oilers traded him lol

The most important game of the season, and it was the least impressive performance.

1-0 deficit is a great period.

The Canucks were under siege for a bit.

Other than that, they let a a goal in on a goaltender who hasn’t played in how many games now...

...and now seems to be stoping the puck.

Not bad. Not bad at all.

This is how they were playing against Ottawa when people were wondering why I was criticizing a win.

This is what happens when you play this way. Completely dominated in our own end.

Pretty much.

The way the Canucks win is only sustainable until we get scoring talent that can match a team like the Avalanche or the Leafs so we can outscore our defensive problems. Other than that, Demko/Holtby need to be Vezina-level goalies for the entire season.

Yet another inconsistent effort

2 shots against Price is not going to cut it

zero sense of urgency and zero physical play

if this is “the biggest game of the year” it sure doesn’t look like we are treating it that way

this game is a prime example of why the coaching staff will not be back next year
