I'm so goddamn tired of Green always throwing the players under the bus. Yeah, we know they aren't playing well and the players know how they're performing better than anyone.
But he never takes responsibility, it's never his fault. It's never the coaching staff, the systems, or any of that. It's always the players. &^@# Travis Green.

Honestly I'm all for bringing him along slowly. His play has improved so much from the time he arrived here. Games like last nights are great for building confidence. If he keeps winning the minutes he is given he will get more opportunities.
To be fair just a few weeks ago he looked like he might need to spend some time in the AHL juxtaposed with his play last night I would say how they are handling Pod's trajectory is just peachy. There is a certain learning curve to the role he will play for us. Bo came along slowly too. Maybe wait and see where we are at with Vassy P come game 60 not 10 games into the season. He's just made a huge life adjustment.

One pick for Miller, another in the OEL trade.. at some point we need to actually use our first rounders again. Drafting is what we're seemingly good at with JB in charge after all.
As Petey, Quinn, Bo, and Brock take up more of our cap having talent on ELC's is going to be even more important. Toss Miller in there too, if we keep him. Demko, Podz, and Hoglander down the line as well.
If we want a lengthy window we'll need to draft players.
