While I'm expecting Pettersson and Gaudette to make the opening roster, it would be fantastic if EP and Dahlen really lit up the preseason to where they forced management's hand. Having that duo come in together would be a great start to the biggest transition year in the past decade, akin to the Leafs bringing in their "big 3" two years ago.
