Really loving the effort from the boys tonight. Both teams are playing well and this is the style this team needs to play to be successful. This is playoff level hockey.

He put up 4 points in 48 AHL games and that wasn’t an anomaly - he just hasn’t factored into the O zone in 3 AHL seasons.

Yeah Im actually surprised by his offensive numbers. I mean he skates pretty well, good first pass. One would think he’d have put up a few more points.

He’s the type of player that probably won’t ever put up much for offensive but we have D for that so he suits our needs quite well. 
 

It’s a small sample size but I can’t definitely envision him has Hughes partner in the future
