A lot of Benning’s biggest blunders (or just overall bad luck) has been trying to change that identity.  
 

Dorsett’s career ending injury.  Prust - washed up.  Ferland - injury.  Roussel - injury. Gudbranson and Sbisa - not top 4 players, Tryamkin - homesick, didn’t like watching Pronger videos, Gadjovich - slow development.

 

Hes also been criticized for bringing in Miller and Myers.
