Is this the first time Sakic played hardball and lost?

For Colorado and Carolina, once player agents think you are A-Holes for playing hardball ALL THE TIME, free agent players have their bags packed already.

When it comes to player signings and trades, you cannot have the league wide reputation that you MUST WIN ALL THE TIME.

I don't understand the Kraken's game plan. They're going to be mediocre, but not good enough to win a cup. I don't think they're gonna be a bottom feeder either. They're looking like the Minnesota Wild rn.

Yeah I was anticipating much different. Much much different.
Pretty underwhelming so far.

I kind of want them to offer sheet someone (just not EP) for the excitement of it.

Although it would be a great way to officially start our rivalry.

Can’t have Bergevin being the only villain GM at the moment, hah

I understand Colorado wanting to save that money, but that's tough to let Grubauer go.

Maybe they trade for Kuemper or sign Ullmark, but have to think they downgrade in any scenario.

If I were MA Flower?

I'd say to Chicago; I'll retire unless u trade me to Colorado,

He has more than earned the right to be a bit selfish...

If that were to happen, that's a great fit for both Colorado and Fleury. Joining the team he beat in the playoffs, to make them stronger.
