It didn’t help that he wasn’t picked for the World Jr team and Juolevi starred in the tournament. Meanwhile Sergachev was making a run at Olli in the rankings and Chycrun seemed to get lost in the shuffle playing on a less powerful team.

Im predicting a high 90s for the Canucks this season, as the Pacific Div sucks. Golden Knights vs Canucks will be bubble hockey again but with a much better Canuck team. So…F the VGKs.

Coilers ..Canucks just gotta shut down McD and the German guy and Nucks will win.

Thought we did a good job of $&!#ting them down with half our regulars on Thursday and am looking forward to beating them soundly tonight.  Vegas without Reaves won't have the same swagger:  I think we can take them (and the coil, but that would be messy).

97 is gonna kill it this year but that's a one man show.

Anyone notice how many more Posts are hit in a game over the past couple if seasons?

The amount of sniping by the rising talent pool in the league is incredible.

 

Im sure we can agree that great goaltending takes you further,.  I think that goaltending has to rise to playoff intensity durring the regular season to really make a Teams placement,.  And the best Duo Combo between the pipes is really going to make a difference.

 

An inch of weakness between the pipes and other teams feed on it.

Green is going to waive Juolevi who plays an NHL ready game defensively in order to keep Rathbone who needs at least a year in the AHL to refine his defensive game. Rathbone is waiver exempt as well. What a dumb decision. This is worse than waiving Gadjovich.

Your prediction or it happened? Mac should have been waived long before Gadj...older and already had his chance to prove what he could do at the NHL level. I remember when he first came up I thought maybe we found something in him, sucks about his dad's sudden passing...has to be very hard to power through that and be at your best at all times (which is needed to be an NHLer).

 

But after losing Gadj, it would sting a bit to lose Mac as well. Maybe Aseneau would get an nhl deal if we need muscle and called him up down the road?

All you gotta do is play the body and let McDiver throw a tantrum when the refs don't fall for his diving.  Pretty common knowledge that coward can't handle the rough stuff.
