Hoglander garland one stays one goes we have to many small forwards. podz I would say is pretty close to untouchable he’s got a lot of upside. He young and cheap. it’s good that JR/PA isn’t going to accept a “fingers crossed wildcard team” as a acceptable plan. maybe a failure to achieve even mediocrity won’t be celebrated by this management group. Hopefully we have a actual long term direction and a sustainable plan that isn’t filled with expensive short sighted moves. I still remember Kipper slagging Danny for taking the speed bagging from Marchand in the 2011 finals.....and then ripping him in 2012 when he actually fought back...."That's not your game!" It's worth pointing out that Daniel took the punishment in a Cup final in the hopes that it would put his team on the powerplay (which it should have) and he fought back in a regular season game. Brock would only get moved if they are way off in terms of the next contract and JT seems like the most obvious big name to be traded. I am not buying much if any of the speculations coming from the media when management are consistently contradicting what is being written or said.
