There were some break through clouds today so I took the opportunity to get out and walk the nature trails.  It was humid so it was also a great opportunity to flush those toxins out. But I'm having chips right now, so I don't think flushing the toxins out made a difference.

@brilac chopped salmon seems to be getting more popular, our local shop does it with ocean wise wild salmon and its wicked for burgers. You can just chop up a raw fillet too.

Just mix the salmon with some finely chopped shallot, some panko (maybe 1/8 cup per patty), tbsp mayo and grainy mustard, salt. If you do this about 2 hours before cooking you don't need any binder like eggs, because the protein in the meat sticks together if you give it a couple of hours. Makes for a great texture because with no binder they dont get rubbery like some fish burgers do.

Maybe add some of these toppings?

You know @Tucker Poolman, I couldn't decide, it was a really hard decision, so I went to Trader Joe's today  and got what I needed. 

@brilac...ahhhh Trader Joe's. The coolest market there is.  My furry babies love the beef jerky from TJ's.  They haven't had these for the past 18 months and they are p!$$ed about it.  First thing when the borders open up is a trip to TJ's in Bellingham and clearing out all the beef jerky for my furry boys. I got a ton of missed beef jerky to make up for.

Grats!  I got my first shot on Monday and was in an incredible mood the rest of the day.  It does feel like this is almost over.

@debluvscanucks what does magnesium do?  I have magnesium, but I don't take it.  I take a multivitamin and vitamin d in the morning followed by vitamin b and c in the evening. 

Gosh @6string my last tattoo was 15 years ago, so I don't. think I would be posting a post champagne new tattoo, but a little pink heart would look ideal. Well, it is time for Hot Yoga!

Sure... @TNucks1  I would totally fall over, and become dehydrated. I am actually really healthy there, and drink lots of water on Hot Yoga days.  Tonight it is the kombucha!

Wife and I took a shot cruise to Alaska years ago.  The food, including chocolate, was included.  The only black bear I saw was one about 2 feet tall.  I broke off his ear and ate it.  

That's what I like; the airline should include chocolate on board.  Besides the wine and champagne, chocolate, decadent dessert should be included!

Has anyone tried the Green Tea Kit Kat bars?  They are super delicious!  Nice to snack on.

Years ago, I was in love with the Hershey almond bars with toffee.  Whenever I was in Vancouver, I would stop at the store, and buy many of them, which I have never been able to find them in Seattle nor the rest of WA state except in nugget size.  Once I decided to do a taste test between a Symphony bar and a Hershey almond bar with toffee.  The Symphony bar tastes sweeter than the Hershey almond bar with toffee.

Kelowna is built in a hole.  All winter it's covered by valley cloud, which holds in the stink.  In the summer it's baked by sin, and a dead looking brown.  Vancouver is an ocean city, and a million times more beautiful than Kelowna.  

Dont waste money visiting Kelowna.  Go to Kamloops, Salmon Arm or Vernon.
