He could have gotten 4-5 points tonight. Made a beautiful pass to someone in the slot earlier in the game and he rang it off the post with the net half open. Also had a terrific wrap around attempt but he couldnt quite corral the puck.

It was evident that players wanted to give Pettersson the puck as quickly as possible. He created so many chances he reminded of Joe Thornton out there with that long reach and lanky frame. Dahlin and Pettersson seemed to have lots of chemistry particularly in the PP as Dahlin used Pettersson as the go-to guy.

All we need is to win the lottery and get Dahlin. We deserve a player like him for once!

This is the toughest part of all :P

Some troll has to start the “will he sign with the Canucks” for every prospect that looks promising.

Just saw this up on YouTube! 17 minute compilation of Elias Pettersson’s game today! He looked great and with some better finish from his teammates could have easily had another 2 assists. From this highlight package Dahlin and Lias Andersson also looked good. Wasn’t very impressed with Alex Nylander.

Wow is all I can say. And Belarus looks way better than last year. The whole Swedish team cont to  look for EP. Only one pass didn't get through was on a totally different level than the other players. 2 points and I bet he is disappointed he didn't have at least 4 pts.

Half his ice-time was on the power play, and his even strength ice-time looked no different. Sweden was dominant when he was out there... Love that he and Dahlin enjoy playing catch with each other. I'll agree with Rolli above and say that he could take a couple more shots. On his goal, the way he pulled the puck laterally before releasing was pure Brock. Can't wait to see him against stiffer competition.

Very grateful for this post, no need to set a schedule or PVR and don't have to watch when he is not on the ice. He looks amazing!

Thought Elias was awesome today. Beautiful patience and hockey IQ. Only negative I saw in his game today is that he was knocked off the puck somewhat easily in many cases, he really needs to add on some muscle and size if he truly wants to dominate the NHL. Very exciting times with all our prospects performing admirably

man.. if we can get dahlin somehow.. it will for sure speed up the so call rebuild by years.. the rebuild won't move forward until we find some good/great defensemen.. compare toronto to edmonton lol.. toronto at least have better defensemen than edmonton and looks much further along their rebuild vs edmonton who's front heavy.. but still no solid top pairing defensemen

Dahlin and Pettersson had great chemistry going especially on the PP. Dream come true if we were to draft him.

The injuries to Horvat, Baertschi, and Tanev as well as others are blessings in disguise really. Probably the only time I'll ever "cheer" for player(s) getting injured on our team.

We are now 27th in the league and everyone below us and above us have a game in hand.
