Quantum
Great career to a very solid Canuck. His career seemed to derail a bit after leaving the Canucks but he was a heck of a player for us during his prime. I guess he just didn't want to move his family again after not getting a contract this past season in the NHL. I wonder if he moves back to Vancouver. He'd be a good scout for the Canucks.
ForestFalcon
Happy to hear he had some success over there before retiring. It was a sad surprise to see him just do so poorly so quickly on San Jose, He just never fit in with them. It was always fun to watch him while he was here. Yet another sign of how its a new Canucks era now.

Bang Bang Boogie
Great player in his prime with the Canucks. Too bad his play fell off a cliff once going to San Jose.

Was this the game he got stitched up against Edmonton and then came back to score in OT? (I believe it also completed his Hattrick) Such a versatile guy for us... Thank you Hansen. Happy retirement!
Lancaster
He could probably still play in the NHL if he wanted to. If the Canucks didn't have Eriksson in the lineup, I wouldn't mind taking a chance on Hansen on the 4th line.

Tomatoes11
Very valuable player to us for his whole career. Unfortunately, he could have been even more valuable for us if Goldie isn’t in the dog house and well on his way out of town. Heck of a 9th round pick for the Canucks! Was just a great person all around. Great in the locker room, helped out in the community, gave it his all on the ice, one of the fastest players I’ve seen, and played for the logo on the front - not the name on the back. The Great Dane. Our beloved honey badger. Thanks for all the memories during the Canucks golden years. Enjoy life outside of hockey & who knows, maybe we see him back in VanCity Down the road in some sort of hockey ops/coaching capacity! Thanks Jannik ! for the fun memories, enjoy your retirement!
