Popular Post You Mad Bro?
Apologies for the simple GDT. It’s my very first one so hope it does the job. Just wanted to get it going. Let’s knock off the champs tonight! Second round here we come. Go Canucks go. The Canucks (for the sixth straight game) are +114 underdogs. Love it “That kid — it’s incredible to watch him,” said the 33-year-old Benn. “I’ve played with some good players and he’s right up there as one of the best I’ve ever seen. We were talking with the guys last night (Wednesday) after the game and it’s just scary that we say the kid is only going to get better.” Benn on QH If you said at the start of the year, that we would be up three games to two on the cup champs in round one of the Stanley Cup Playoffs... If you told St. Louis at the start of the year they’d be down 3-2 in the first round against the Canucks... Popular Post -DLC-
Couldn't sleep...too excited about it all. Hope they come out flying and not tentative. Swagger is required. Blues are fully convinced they're still "The Champs". Time for a reset because that's so last year. Quote FIVE KEYS TO THE GAME 1. Is Edler good to go? Benn said Edler had half his equipment on in the room Wednesday after the skate cut. Injuries are a playoff secret, but he let this out: “He’s fine and ready to go.” Green added: “I won’t say he’s in, I won’t say he’s out and I will say I hope he’s in.” If not, left-shot Olli Juolevi would draw in. 2. Keeping them guessing Green didn’t reveal his lines before Game 5 and mixed and matched to keep Elias Pettersson away from the O’Reilly line. It meant the dominant Blues centre had to pick his poison. Going against Pettersson meant leaving J.T. Miller and Brock Boeser with dominant faceoff centre Bo Horvat. 3. Keeping shifts short The Canucks learned longer shifts are not good shifts. They cut them down by an average of 10 seconds Wednesday and it had to do with a strong first period and rallying back from a 3-1 deficit because legs were fresher and turnovers were fewer. 4. More support goals Tyler Motte had his second career two-goal games Wednesday. He opened scoring with a short-handed breakaway and scored the winner. Jake Virtanen responded to added ice time with a goal and assist. 5. Lessen goalie load Boxing out better and better back pressure by forwards will help stymie the Blues, who’s must storm to the attack Friday to avoid elimination. Last year, they had two six-game series wins and two in seven games. 5 1 1

Popular Post Ghostsof1915
The game was 3-1 St. Louis when my buddy from Toronto called me. A few seconds later it was 3-2, then 3-3. I told him he has to call me again during tonights game. Lol. 1 1 14

Popular Post Goal:thecup
Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning. - WC WWII 5 2 1

Popular Post HKSR
If you told me a few weeks ago that the Canucks were gonna be up 3 games to 2 against the Stanley Cup champs, I'd laugh in your face. No matter what happens, it is truly incredible what this young Canucks group is doing. I can't imagine how powerful this team is gonna be in their prime. 4 2

If it wasn’t a reference to TGs reaction when won against MIN I’d understand it if someone can’t take it...these are unusual times and I’m hoping nobody does...and if it’s a known troll then maybe make and exception. We are in game six and can win the series tonight against last years cup champs ... sometimes a F!ck Yeah! Is the appropriate thing to say and I believe this is one of them
