Whether that value comes from prospects, AHL depth, role player signings. It would be selective times, but I think he'd be just fine against the 2nd/3rd line forwards. Nobody is putting him against generational talents. This just isn't the year to dramatically change the D. Patience and one step backwards to move two forward.
